Subject	anti freeze leak need help

Message	car dosent overheat while driving, once parked and turned off it over heats. car smokes a little the coolant starts to come out of line. what could this be from its in reverse order?. i know where the hose is located, its at theback of the engine in the middle, its the smallest coolant hose out of the four or five(cant remember) of them. any suggested way on how to change it? thanks guys ANY info appreciated
